Go Pro – The Definitive Guide On How To Become A Pro Skateboarder!
I have the same shoes as shown in the picture, and I would like to lace them as shown in the picture, but since I only know how to tie shoes the regular way, I have no idea here. If anyone can find a guide or something that shows step by step or a video that would be great. Or even if you say it yourself, I dont care as long as the result is the same as the picture.

Also should if answering yourself, should I tie both shoes the same, or do the reverse on the other shoe?

Straight bar lacing is a method of lacing your Vans in which there is no crossing pattern. Instead, the laces run straight across the tongue, horizontally. To achieve this lacing pattern, start with your laces straight through the bottom holes. The lace on one side will be inserted in the next hole, directly on top of the bottom hole on the same side. You will then push the lace through the hole directly across to create a horizontal line. Skip two holes up, then cross to create another horizontal line. For the other side of the shoelace, skip the hole on top and insert the lace into the second hole above the bottom hole. Push the lace through the hole directly across to create a horizontal line, then skip the hole above and push the lace through the next hole up. Repeat this with each side of the shoe string until you have reached the top. You should have horizontal bars with hidden vertical bars running underneath the shoe.
Does anyone have any trouble with one of the deathraces ending in the end of the map…..the black void where you fall? Also one of the “pro challenges” in down town when you start it puts you right into the black void where you fall over and over again. Your only choice is to leave event. What am I supposed to do!?!?!?! And what website is there that I can get a help guide to do some tricks, mostly the kickflip under the rail and you jump over it. Trying to land it but it seems hopeless. THANKS FOR THE HELP!!

How am i at a loss??? where does he get the extra 3000 defense points i have double his mafia nearly double attack for his defense i dealt more damage how am i the looser?
He might’ve had a temporary defense or attack boost of some sort…there are some pretty hefty ones available these days. The curious thing however is that it shows you supposedly dealing 15 damage while taking only 14…afaik, that was the only consideration in MW (and most other Zynga games) as to who wins a given fight.
Hi Ive been bmxing for about a year now im not the best but i wouldnt say im a beginner. Ive only got £150 to spend and I came across the Diamondback Joker. I know its not the best of brands but all the goood brands such as haro, wethepeople, gt etc are quite expensive. By the way £150 is my limit. I do street bmxing and the occasional skate park.
And do you know where I can get a good guide to put the BMX together not the ones to build a new custom bmx. Because someone told me the instructions with the Diamondbacks are quite hard. Also im not that good at building it and replacing stuff on the bike because I always had my pro friend to do it and he gone now.
Im in UK and do u know anywhere (online) I can get a good bmx. Is there any good bmxes for my price range

I want to buy Inline Roller Skates but im not sure which are the best, im no pro, i wont do any tricks on them, so can someone guide me, id like to buy them for recreational sports and cruising around parks. i want those ones that the wheels are made of gum or something
Look for recreational inline skates. They will have softer and larger wheels (along with other features) that are better for general skating than aggressive skates.
The big box sporting goods stores (Sports Authority, Dick’s, etc) carry the lower to mid level skates from the two major brands (Rollerblade, K2) and a few lesser brands.
You want the skates to be snug on your feet without crushing your toes or pinching your feet.
Larger wheels roll easier and smoother. I recommend 80mm or larger since you can get better wheels (in the future when you want to replace them) in those sizes.
I have no job, live at home in a family of 7 people total (5 siblings.) My older brother works, I’m a sponsored skateboarder, but that doesn’t mean I have a job. I don’t really care about anything anymore. I feel pretty hopeless. Why should I even bother waking up tomorrow? Don’t say to pee, because I’d rather just pee in an empty water bottle and not even have to get up.
Look, what I’m really asking, is what the fucking fuck should I do with my life before Life does me?
Fucking thanks. I don’t really care what you have to say unless it’s important. That’s all. I don’t care. I’m just really stagnant and feel more lost then ever with no one to help me. Don’t tell me go get help. You try to see what you can do to help me. I want random people to guide me in my life because I guess I can’t take care of this problem with out figuring out what to do. What’s more important in your opinion? College or a job? What should I worry about first?
I have no hope anyway, it’s not like I’ll ever be a pro or even am skater. I’ll just be flow forever. Fuck skating, fuck everything.
Use your talent to help others, it’s really rewarding. See if there is a youth group who need help and teach them the kids how to be better skateboarders. You will probably get a lot of satisfaction from helping others and they will really appreciate the time and attention a good skateboarder can give them. Try to keep smiling, go with the flow and remember that no matter how crap life can sometimes seem, someone else is always having a worse time. Make it your job to try and help them and that in turn will help you feel better too
My other suggestion would be to take off for a year and travel. The world is a massive place and full of so many wonderful and exciting opportunities. You could volunteer in a developing country (great for ‘paying it forward’) or Australia and New Zealand are warming up now for summer and are amazing places to visit. By the end of your travels you would have a much happier and clearer view of where you want life to take you.

I am 6’0 and only about 165 pounds all muscle. But my friend, who is 6’4 and over 200lbs. says I am simply too small for all the checking involved in an adult hockey league.
I am a very fast and balanced skater (skating since age 8): and can very easily perform things like hockey stops, jumps, and skating backwards…but still wonder how much he’s right and how much it matters: indeed it seems most pro hockey players seem to be 230+ pounds.
What should I do to best compensate? Take weight gainer and work out more, just work more on skating and stick handling, something else entirely? Perhaps there’s an online guide for “small” people in adult hockey leagues (LOL). Anyhow I would greatly appreciate your help.
