Secrets of Skateboarding
I want to learn how to do skateboard tricks faster and easier. Theirs this secrets of skateboarding book that you have to download but i can’t take the chance of getting a virus on the computer noe of the youtube videos help me and don’t tell practice a lot because I’ve skated for five years and only able to ollie that’s really sad please give me real good advice thank you
i skate six hours a day
just watch skating videos of people doing the tricks that you wanna learn or ask people at your local skate shop/skate park.don’t buy any trick tips books they probably won’t help,reading a book won’t help you learn a trick unless you go into the physics part of skateboarding and break down the parts of a trick.And also if you can skate everyday about 4 to 6 hours a day maybe more.That’s what i do and i learn about 5 tricks a week.And yeah Trick Tips on youtube usually don’t work because everyone skates differently
I came across secretofskateboarding.com. Apparently it’s a book that costs $37 that’s supposed to really help you skateboarding. I’ve been skating for almost 3 months..and I can ollie about 50% of the time stationary..but that’s it. I don’t think I’m learning fast enough.
So does this book work? And I don’t want any answers like..”You don’t need a book..just go practice.” That MAY be true. But I just want to know if this book is worth buying or not. So someone that has bought the book for themselves.
no this book is not useful it just explains tricks to you that you get videos to show you for free on youtube i never bought the book but ive seen it save your money for a new board and really just go out and skate have fun and it will come too you

is the SECRETS OF SKATEBOARDING TRICK SECRETS REVEALED video any good? by that underground skater work? does any1 have it? can u tell because i don’t if it would be a waste of 30 bucks. 4 months of skating and cant hardly do a kickflip or heelflip.
do i buy the video and they mail it? or do i have to download. if i download, will i get a virus or will my comp go slow as hell?
Instead of spending money use youtube videos for free. Type skateboarding, or how to kickflip etc and there are loads of results.
Also, about.com has some good tutorials. For example, http://skateboard.about.com/od/tricktips/ss/JustStartingOut.htm this has pretty much all the basic info you need to know, and there is much more on other pages.
Also, be patient and practice for 5 mins a day everyday if you can.

i’ve been trying to get my hands on the pdf file of this book, but i just cant find it anywhere… i’ve read the guy’s bio and page, and it sounds like he’s wrapped the deal up. i cannot find it anywhere on the internet (i’ve found chapter 10, but that’s a free sample) and i have read reviews that it’s a very useful tool to learning skating. if you are willing to email it to me, i would be very grateful.

dont, and if you have to pay for it, definitely dont, there are no secrets to skateboarding. those “secrets” are just tips you can find anywhere on the web. all the pros didnt get to where they are now by using some book of”secrets”. skateboarding takes time and patience, effort and pain, you wont get there by reading it out of a book. trust me. there arent any other ways to do tricks. there arent any easier ways. that book, and those reviews, are all fake.
I’ve got the cover of thrasher and skateboard mag and i just unlocked the x-games, im just wondering if the danny way skate park is a secret unlockable or if its part of the story. If it is a unlockable, how do you unlock it?

ok so ive got heaps of stickers on my skate board and wanted to take some off i cant get them off anyone got a secret to get them off?
Soapy water may work, but I’m always hesitant to put water on my deck, for fear it may become water logged. Especially because I live in a humid climate… and you said you have a lot of stickers on your deck so… just use the water sparingly if you do go with that method.
Also maybe tag team the soapy solution with a good old fashioned razor blade. Just be careful not to cut yourself or chunk out some of deck.
My secret crush is skater, wears short uggs and skinny jeans, is really cute and I cant stop thinking about him and the next time I see him at the skate park. i put on my sisters Uggs,my Social collision skinny jeans and Dc skate t and stood on my skateboard thinking about him and masterbated. my 360 flips dont do that. um i guess just scoop your back foot harder or maybe your scoopin to hard? i dunno youll eventually find the g spot. front heels huh. im regular and i put the toe of my back foot on the edge of the boardso that my heel hangs way off. then my other foot is pretty much in the heelflip position then i just pop it and kick. a lot of the landing is in how you turn with your board. just try to keep your shit under you. tail slides are tough. you kinda have to lock in like w/ your truck against the edge of the box. then kinda push your tail forward with your back foot. if you dont slide much wax the shit out of it or go faster. a good way to practice getting into them is by doin tail sets on curbs. the secret is pop. you gotta have pop. you gotta be quick and snap your tail hard. then jump like a motherfucker. if you do all that you should be ollien a lot higher. and gaps, well thats balls. you got to have balls to try some stuff. take a few falls and you should be ok. and switch? well just cruise around switch a lot like when you skate somewhere skate switch. youll eventuslly find your balance and youll learn some tricks. its like starting out skating again. only tougher cuz its switch ya kno. anyways good luck.

Hit-and-run claims Baytown teen’s life

Adrian Elias told friends at Baytown’s skate park that he was going to check out the city Christmas parade and left on his skateboard, heading off into the darkness of Friday evening.
He did not get far.
Police believe that just minutes after leaving Unidad Park’s skate park, the 14-year-old was on his skateboard when he was struck by a car and left on the roadway in the 2500 block of J.B. LeFevre. Whoever hit him drove away, police said.
A woman called police after she drove down that street about 7:30 p.m. and noticed something lying in the roadway. She saw several cars drive around it before she could get back to it, park her car and check it out. When she did, she told police she thought at first that it was some kind of a prank.
Instead, she found the Horace Mann Junior School student crumpled in the road with a severe head injury. While she waited by the boy’s side for police and emergency medical personnel to arrive, vehicles kept driving past them, she told police.
The young victim was rushed to Baytown’s San Jacinto Methodist Hospital but pronounced dead in the emergency room.
Police did not release the name of the victim, but could not keep it secret. Over the weekend someone – probably one of Adrian’s skateboarding friends – tagged the news at the skate park, leaving a spray painted memorial in a very few poignant words. “Rest in peace, Adrian Elias,” it said. “We’ll miss you, bro.”
Other skaters who were at the park at the time Adrian was struck told police they did not hear anything to make them think there had been an accident, just a noise like a skateboard flipping.
Adrian’s fellow students at Horace Mann learned of his death Monday morning at school, if they had not already heard about it. Goose Creek CISD sent a letter home to parents informing them of the tragic incident, and advised that counselors from the district’s crisis team were on Horace Mann campus Monday and will be again on Tuesday to talk with any child who feels the need to talk to someone about their fellow student’s death.
Baytown police are looking for clues to the identity of the driver and for witnesses who may have seen any driver acting suspiciously in the area of the accident. Anyone with information can call Baytown police at (281) 422-8371 or call Crimestoppers at (281) 427-TIPS. Callers who call Crimestoppers with tips do not have to identify themselves, even if eventually collecting a reward for giving information that leads to the arrest and conviction of someone who committed a felony crime.
“We need the people’s help on this one,” said Detective Sgt. Shawn Fischer.
There’s really nothing we can do besides keep on praying that they get some new leads. Adrian was my neighbor. I loved the little kid. He was such a unique kid. I barely knew him & i just broke down crying when I was @ his funeral this past thursday. It just wonders me how an innocent kid had his life taken away from him by getting ran over by someone “who didn’t see him”. I have a feeling it may be the same person that ran over the motorcyclist on 146 because the amount of time in between both accidents sort of seems the right time it takes from getting there to the 2500th block of LaFevre. I d k but I still can’t get over this.
